FH UNY Strengthens Academic Administration through Staff Mobility Program at UiTM Malaysia

Shah Alam, Malaysia | June 30 – July 1, 2026 – The Faculty of Law, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (FH UNY), successfully conducted a Staff Mobility Program at the Faculty of Law, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia, from June 30 to July 1, 2026. The program aimed to enhance institutional collaboration and improve the quality of academic administration by exchanging best practices between the two institutions. The FH UNY delegation comprised three administrative staff members; Sri Rejeki, S.E., M.Pd., Andhi Saputra, S.E., M.Or., and Niken Setyaningsih, S.Pd., M.Pd.
During the two-day program, participants engaged in discussions and benchmarking activities focused on academic administration and student affairs. These sessions provided an opportunity for institutions to share experiences, innovative practices, and strategies for improving administrative services in higher education.
A notable highlight of the program was a benchmarking visit to UiTM’s academic and student support facilities. Participants observed the infrastructure that supports teaching, learning, student services, and campus management. This visit offered valuable insights into UiTM’s integrated approach to providing efficient and student-centered academic services.
The Staff Mobility Program further strengthened professional relationships between FH UNY’s administrative personnel and UiTM, fostering collaboration in developing more effective administrative systems and enhancing institutional performance. The exchange of knowledge and practical experiences is anticipated to contribute to the continuous improvement of academic governance and student services at FH UNY.
Through this initiative, the Faculty of Law, Universiti Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY), reaffirms its commitment to the internationalization of higher education by promoting not only academic collaboration but also the professional development of its administrative staff. The faculty believes that international benchmarking and institutional partnerships play an essential role in enhancing service quality, organizational excellence, and global competitiveness.
